When our photographers photograph real estate listings, they strive to make the home appear as large as possible by using wide-angle shots, capturing the layout of the home, and showing which room leads to the next for potential buyers. The goal of residential photography is to sell the house!
With Airbnb photography, instead of trying to capture the layout of the house, the photographer's goal is to capture the essence of the home. They focus on capturing detailed shots to showcase what the Airbnb space is like and what amenities the space has to offer potential guests.

Tips and Advice for Short-Term Rental Hosts:
Ensure the space is 100% ready to go. If you want your Airbnb listing to look as good as possible, ensure the space is what your guests would be walking into if they were staying there. Everything shows up in detailed shots, so pay attention to loose wires and clean surfaces. Get your Airbnb photographed semi-regularly (every six months or seasonally). By keeping the photos of your Airbnb up to date, you can easily drive more traffic to your short-term rental.
