Q: Is state sales tax included in the listed pricing?
A: No, a 7% sales tax will be added to all invoices. This includes the Pennsylvania state sales tax rate of 6% and a local tax rate of 1%.

A: Payment is due upon the final delivery of your photos and any add-ons. You'll receive an email the morning after your appointment with a link to preview and pay for your photos.
Q: Do you offer monthly billing?
A: At this time, we do not offer a monthly billing option.

A: No, we do not require a down payment or deposit to book an appointment.
Service Area & Travel Fees
Q: Can I use your services if my property is outside the Greater Pittsburgh area?
A: We cover a 25-mile radius from our central office in Downtown Pittsburgh. Additional travel fees apply for locations outside this radius. See our travel fee breakdown below:
- Within 25 miles: No travel fee
- 26-40 miles: $50 travel fee
- 41-60 miles: $100 travel fee
For locations beyond 60 miles, please contact us for a custom quote.

A: You can cancel or reschedule at any time, except within 24 hours of your appointment. A $100 fee applies for cancellations or rescheduling within this window.
