Samantha became a full-time member of Exposure It in August 2025 as an Administrative & Marketing Assistant after excelling in her internship with the admin department. She continues to work closely with our admin team, bringing sharp organizational skills and a steady, detail-oriented mindset to everything she does. From managing scheduling and supporting day-to-day office operations to assisting with marketing efforts, Samantha helps keep the behind-the-scenes side of Exposure It running smoothly. Her thoughtful, team-first approach and willingness to take on new challenges make her an essential part of both our administrative and marketing efforts.

Gin is a highly experienced real estate photo editor with over nine years of professional editing experience, supported by an additional year in project management. His background spans high-volume real estate workflows, quality assurance, and team coordination, making him a key pillar of Exposure It’s post-production operations. Throughout his career, Gin has specialized in advanced photo enhancement. His deep understanding of quality standards and consistency allows him to maintain a polished, natural look across thousands of images while ensuring every final deliverable exceeds client expectations. In addition to hands-on editing, Gin brings strong organizational and workflow management skills to the team. His experience in project management enables him to oversee editing pipelines, manage turnaround timelines, and support quality control processes across multiple editors and projects. Chrisjan takes pride in delivering polished, professional results and contributing to a seamless post-production process that allows photographers and agents to showcase properties at their best.Since starting in early 2021, Dylan has photographed over 3,000 homes, AirBnBs, and commercial spaces. He has become a vital player in Pittsburgh’s real estate photography scene, servicing a plethora of clients, real estate offices, and homeowners. As of currently, Dylan is the lead photographer and videographer at Exposure It Real Estate Media.

Warly is a skilled real estate photo editor who serves as Exposure It’s dedicated daytime editor, handling quick-turn and priority edit requests throughout the day. With a background in web and graphic design and a strong foundation in visual accuracy, Warly brings speed, consistency, and reliability to the editing pipeline. He specializes in core real estate photo enhancements, including color correction, exposure balancing, image cleanup, and refinement to ensure listings remain polished and market-ready on tight timelines.
