Terms of Service
By ordering services from Exposure It, LLC., the client agrees to the following Service Agreement for video and photo needs. We have these guidelines in place to ensure a smooth and efficient service is completed by us as Exposure It, LLC. and received by you as the client.
APPOINTMENT REQUESTS:
To ensure the best results of the appointment, please be sure the property is ready prior to the scheduled appointment.
By confirming your appointment, you agree to the readiness expectations and policy: you agree that the home will be ready to photograph and film on the scheduled date and time you have selected. This includes working with the builder and seller to ensure the home is photo and/or video ready.
For liability purposes, Exposure It, LLC. does not handle any of the prep for the readiness of the property, including but not limited to, cleaning or moving of furniture.
TIME, CANCELLATIONS, AND WEATHER POLICY:
By confirming your appointment, you agree to Exposure It, LLC. cancellation/reschedule policy: cancellation/reschedule of appointment is allowed up to 24 hours before appointment. A cancellation fee of $100 will be billed to you if you cancel with less than 24 hour notice.
Though we do not charge for a rescheduling fee due to weather related circumstances, it is at the client’s discretion on if they would prefer to reschedule the set appointment due to weather related circumstances.
NOTE: we cannot provide aerial/drone services while it is raining/there is moisture in the air or during hazardous wind conditions.
If the client would like to reschedule due to weather related conditions, we ask the client reschedule within 24 hours before the appointment.
If booking a COMPLETE PACKAGE, please allow two hours for completion. Homes with a significant amount of square footage could require additional time.
Turnaround time for video is typically next day.
Turnaround time for photos is next-day delivery.
TRAVEL COST:
Pittsburgh Location:
Exposure It, LLC bases our service area from our center city Downtown Pittsburgh. In the case Exposure It, LLC. is needed to travel outside of our service area, there will be an additional travel fee for any miles traveled. This fee covers Exposure It, LLC. time and operational cost. See the photo below for our service areas.
Blue Area = Complimentary Travel
Red Area = $50 Travel Fee
Green Area = $100 Travel Fee

Erie Location:
Exposure It, LLC bases our service area from center city Erie, PA. In the case Exposure It, LLC. is needed to travel outside of our service area, there will be an additional travel fee for any miles traveled. This fee covers Exposure It, LLC. time and operational cost. See the photo below for our service areas.

LIMITED LICENSING RELEASE:
In order to provide our clients with the best service, Exposure It, LLC. does not sell photographs or video; Exposure It, LLC. licenses their use.
The fee quoted is dependent on (1) payment of the invoice in full within 30 days, and (2) using the video/photographs only as indicated.
Only the Client has permission to use the delivered photos and video on any electronic or printed forms of advertisement for the promotion of the listing.
Builders, stagers, designers, or “third parties” who wish to use photographs, or video owned by Exposure It, LLC. must contact Exposure It, LLC. directly for licensing and fees.
For image integrity and quality control, Exposure It, LLC. asks that photographs and video not be heavily altered once delivered, however; resizing is okay.
Photographs and video can be made available to another real estate agent or person who takes over an expired or withdrawn listing at a $100 rebranding fee. Please contact Exposure It, LLC. for any rebranding needs.
PHOTO & VIDEO USAGE:
Video and photos produced by Exposure It, LLC. may be uploaded to any social media or MLS listing services by the client, solely for the promotion of the listing during the pendency of this agreement.
However, regardless of any terms and conditions of the MLS, at no time does this agreement provide the right to transfer copyright or any other exclusive rights as provided by the Copyright Act 17 U.S.C § 106.
WORK PRODUCT OWNERSHIP:
Any copyrightable works, ideas, discoveries, inventions, patents, products, or other information (collectively, the “Work Product”) developed in whole or in part by Exposure It, LLC. shall be the exclusive property of Exposure It, LLC..
Exposure It, LLC. reserves the right to use video and photos for advertising, display, publication, or other purposes.
All photos, samples, videos, and proofs remain the exclusive property of Exposure It, LLC. unless waived by amendment to this agreement. Unauthorized use of photographs/video is a copyright violation and will result in the termination of this contract.
PROPERTY OWNER APPROVAL:
The Client may need to obtain a written signed approval from the property owner prior to filming or taking pictures. Exposure It, LLC. can provide (at request) a written approval form.
Exposure It, LLC. makes every effort to maintain the privacy of the property owner's neighbors. All footage is focused on the property being filmed and Exposure It, LLC. will do the best to respect the privacy of anyone not directly involved. If necessary, the client may be required to ask for permission from neighbors before Exposure It, LLC. begins filming.
PET POLICY:
Dogs, cats, and other large animals must be crated or removed from the property before the photographer arrives. Safety is paramount, as animals can act unpredictably when stressed or around strangers, potentially leading to dangerous situations. Loose pets disrupt appointments, causing unnecessary delays.
SEVERABILITY:
If one or more of the provisions contained in the Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect, the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. Such provisions shall be revised only to the extent necessary to make them enforceable.

Payment is due upon the final delivery of your photos and any add-ons. You'll receive an email the morning after your appointment with a link to preview and pay for your photos.

You can cancel or reschedule at any time by either doing so via the original booking confirmation email or by calling our office directly at 412-709-5227. All reschedules or cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will need to be done by calling us directly and will result in a $100 rescheduling/cancellation fee.
Our standard turnaround-time on most of our packages/services are next business day. Our team is dedicated to getting your order to you as soon as possible so we do our best to have all orders over to our clients by 11:00 AM EST the next business day. We have a photography team that covers both the Greater Pittsburgh Area and Erie County. We cover a 25-mile radius from center-city Downtown Pittsburgh and most of Erie County. Additional travel fees apply for locations outside this radius.
